Facilitator, Organisational Development & Transformation Specialist

Shell Richards is an experienced facilitator and transformation leader with over 20 years of cross-departmental experience in organisational development, leadership, and digital innovation. Shell holds a PGCE (PCET), an MSc in Educational Practice and Innovation and an MA in Security Studies, which underpin her evidence-based approach to organisational design, development and transformation. She has faculty experience in supervising and assessing PGCE (PCET) students and newly qualified educators. Shell has completed the ALFA programme and applies action learning extensively in her own practice.
